Our SPCE drivetrain kit for BMX Racing is a comprehensive concept designed in 2021 to enhance performance up to the highest level. After months of research, development, and testing, it has finally become a reality.

TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES OF OUR SPCE DRIVETRAIN KIT

Immediate Technical Benefits

From the very first pedal stroke, riders notice a significant improvement. The SPCE drivetrain enhances lap times by a minimum of 2.4 to 2.8%.

Additionally, it reduces vibrations by increasing the number of teeth on the chainring and sprocket. This decreases the polygon effect and the wrap-around angle, bringing its operation closer to that of a belt drive but without the drawbacks.

Optimized Mechanical Efficiency

All riders experience reduced effort for the same gear ratio.

Thanks to a smaller chain pitch, the positioning of the rear wheel becomes more precise. Indeed, one tooth on the SPCE chainring corresponds to approximately half a tooth on a standard chainring, significantly improving gear adjustment.

The diameter of our chainrings is smaller, making installation on different frames easier. For instance, our SPCE 85-tooth chainring = ∅ 194 mm, whereas a standard 52-tooth chainring = ∅ 218.5 mm.

Reliability and Durability Guaranteed

Our chainrings are crafted from 7075 aluminum, making them 71% more resistant than those made from 6061 aluminum. They are machined from solid material and anodized for greater longevity.

The sprockets, made of stainless steel, undergo thermal treatment to enhance their hardness.

Furthermore, the tensioner absorbs stiff points and ensures a constant chain tension, guaranteeing optimal engagement and preventing derailment.

2023: A year of innovations, testing, and patent filing!

After two years of research and development, AllYoogs reached a decisive milestone in 2023 by introducing new products designed for high-level BMX Racing. As a result, transmission has been enhanced, leading to significant performance gains for riders across all categories. The result: innovations leading to patent filings!

A retrospective of innovations

First of all, after demonstrating the effectiveness of our SPCK chain kit among young riders, it was essential to explore new possibilities.

Consequently, at the beginning of the year, our goal was to finalize the transmission study initiated in 2021 for Elite riders. Moreover, the challenge was to bring technological advancements and innovations that would provide measurable performance benefits.

Once the patents were filed, the next step was the testing phase, which was conducted with U15/U17 and Elite categories. Subsequently, the new products and innovations of 2023 led to a significant progression.

Key product launches in 2023

July

Introduction of SPCK and universal chain tensioners at the European Championship in Besançon.

September

Presentation of Teeth Less sprockets and chainrings, followed by initial testing at the French Cup (Troyes) and the Indoor Avignon event.

November

Official unveiling of the Elite chain kit at the Indoor Saint-Étienne, marking its first competition use by Tatyan Lui Hin Tsan (U23).

2023 European Championships : Besançon

At the European Championships in Besançon, many riders equipped with the SPCK chain kit took part and the podiums were there for all to see!

42 young riders from France, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands competed with our drivetrain, leading to three podium finishes.

French Trophy, Belgian & Dutch Championships

On the weekend of June 17-18 in Chalette-sur-Loing, the Kids AllYoogs team showcased their talent by securing multiple podium finishes. Notably, they earned podium spots in the 8 and under and pupil categories.

Moreover, our riders were not the only ones to shine—many reached the finals and semi-finals, all equipped with our SPCK chain kit!

Abroad, two riders came out on top, including the Belgian U11 champion and the Dutch U9 champion.

2022, an exceptional year for the AllYoogs brand: flashback

In 2022, after 18 months on the market, at AllYoogs, we have proven that our SPCK chain kit offers real advantages to young pilots. Riders equipped with the SPCK have been able to benefit from this advantage in all regions of France and even in the best BMX races. A gear system for children that improves performance, pedalling smoothness, acceleration and lightness!

This year we have also extended our network of distributors throughout France and we are beginning to expand into Europe.
We are also working on new products for professional riders to bring technical evolution and significant weight savings. Patents have recently been filed. These products are already being tested with elite pilots and should be available to some in 2023.

2022 Allyoogs at the World Championship

First of all, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that 20 kids equipped with SPCK kits had won their ticket to the World Championships in Nantes, including 7 AllYoogs kids (9/12 years old).
We also learned that young Swiss riders equipped with our drivetrain were also selected.

This Wednesday, July 27th, on a magnificent track and under an impressive heat, all the pilots made an excellent races.
4 of the AllYoogs Kids made it to the finals of this great event and 2 of them stopped in the semi-finals. We are proud to have helped them achieve their goal.

European Championship

At the European Championships in Dessel, our riders were less numerous to have made the trip but the podiums were there!

In fact, 14 children equipped with the kit in France were selected including 6 AllYoogs Kids aged 9 to 12 years.

A weekend that ended with 3 podiums and pilots who did not deserved.

On the weekend of June 18th and 19th, the AllYoogs riders first showed their talent for the first time at the French Trophy in Sarzeau. A triumph, a podium in each of the following categories : 8 years and under, 9/10 years and 11/12 years.

Our pilots were not the only ones to shine, there were many semi-finals and finals equipped with our SPCK chain kit!

An Exceptional Weekend at the BMX France Trophy in Sarzeau!

On June 18 and 19, 2022, the competition delivered remarkable performances. Despite scorching heat, the atmosphere on the Breton BMX track and the AllYoogs stand electrified the spectators.

Our riders won three French Championship titles in three different categories: under 8 years old, pupils, and benjamins. Throughout the qualifications and finals, they demonstrated impressive mastery and dominated their opponents.

Thanks to the “Kids AllYoogs” and the riders equipped with the SPCK kit, the season was filled with success. Their commitment and determination proved the effectiveness of our innovative transmission.

Moreover, 14 French riders secured their qualification for the European Championships in Dessel, and 21 will compete in the World Championships in Nantes at the end of July. This exceptional result confirms the positive impact of our chain kit in its first year on the market.

Mathis is the 2022 French champion in the 8 and under category.

Brunault Théo

Théo is one of our riders with the strongest progression despite his late start in BMX. He reached the 1/8 final of the TF BMX 2022 (7th of the Benjamins 1).

He reached the 1/4 finals of the TF BMX 2021 and the 1/4 finals of the European Cup in Sarrians 2021. He is the first rider to test the SPCK chain kit and confirm its advantages.
He will be riding with AllYoogs products from April 2020.

Carbo Tom

Tom is one of our kids with the most titles:
– 6th at the 2022 World Championship (fall during the final)
– 2022 European Champion

He has been riding with AllYoogs products since October 2021.

Dietrich Théo

Théo was unfortunately injured during the 1st part of the 2022 season.

He is the lucky winner of the SPCK chain kit from the tombola organised during the TF BMX 2021 in Avensan where he reached the 1/2 final.
Since then he has won the Cup and the Championship in Bourgogne Franche-Comté (France).
He rides with AllYoogs products since July 2021.

Gaborieau Soan

Soan is the most titled of our young riders.
– Vice World Champion 2022.
– 4th at the 2022 European Championship
– French Champion 2020 & 2022

He has been riding with AllYoogs products since October 2021.

Goichot Auguste

Auguste is a regular on the podium in his region. At the French Trophy 2022, he was eliminated in the 1/8 final due to a racing error.
In November 2021, Auguste placed on the 2nd step of the podium at the Open of Geneva and reached the 1/4 final at the Trophée de France 2021.

He has been using AllYoogs products since October 2021.

Le Gouic Jade

Jade reached the semi-finals at the World Championships in Nantes, was European Vice-Champion and won the Caen Indoor in an unfavourable year.
She was a semi-finalist at the French Trophy in 2022 and a finalist in 2021. She is also the Bretagne Champion.

She rides with AllYoogs products since December 2021.

Platon Noa

Noa finished 5th in the French Trophy and reached the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Championship.
